Salad Olivier (Ensalada Rusa)

2 kg Vegetable macedonia (a mix of cooked, finely cubed potatoes, carrots, peas and green beans)
400 g Cooked ham, finely cubed (or 300 g Tuna)
2 cups Raw white cabbage, chopped roughly
1 cup Sweet pickles, finely diced
1/2 cup Sweet pickled onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp Capers
1 Sweet onion
400 ml Sour cream (or yogurt)
400 – 600 ml Mayonnaise, depending on your taste
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste.


  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!
