BBQXL’s refreshing green tea sangria with ginger rim
(Per 2 litre pitcher)
1 Litre cooled green tea steeped for 20 minutes
250 ml Soda water
250 ml Lime cordial
Green fruits of your choice finely sliced
Ginger in chunks for the rim
Fresh mint as a garnish
- Combine all ingredients and mix with ice to cool.
- Slice a chunk of ginger large enough that you can rub it around the rim when the drink is served.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
Tip: Add sweet white wine and a splash of Triple Sec for an alcoholic option to this drink.
