BBQXL’s Ginger-Lemon Shandy Ale

(Per glass)


Crushed ginger to your liking
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Angostura bitters
1 Can of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beer

  • Crush the ginger and mix all ingredients reserving the beer.
  • Strain out the ginger, if desired and add the beer at the last minute.
  • Serve with a slice of lemon.
