Ssamjang – 쌈장
1 cup doenjang (Korean fermented soy bean paste)
4 tbs gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
1 cup chopped onion
4 diagonally sliced green onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
4 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp honey or rice syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until fully blended.
- Serve with any Korean style grilled meats.
- Also excellent served as a dip for raw vegetables.
